Shipping Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- ✦Express Delivery: 1-2 business days. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
- ✦International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be included and intact.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that customized items, engraved pieces, and items purchased during clearance sales are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
